Training & Coaching from coaching rides
to one-on-one personal training, to small group training sessions, to
nordic ski lessons and training, to performance evaluation, to video analysis
or even event support. One-on-one Consultations including fitness assessments, body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, flexibility, fitness program consultation and development which may be done in person or via the internet. Performance Evaluations including VO2 max, lactate, maximum power, efficiency... the list goes on. Train SMARTER by doing the right amount of specific training at the optimal time. Stay BALANCED
