New England Endurance Training offers a variety of coaching and fitness services. We are committed to working with you to meet your individual needs and goals and to evolve with your progress.
We work with all ages and abilities and have special expertise in coaching Junior athletes.
We offer the following coaching services:
Personal Training & Wellness Coaching one-on-one personal training, small group training sessions and employee wellness program development.
Sport Specific Training and Lessons in Triathlon, Cycling, Mountain Biking, nordic skiing, running, open water swimming, nordic walking, and other endurance sports.
Individualized training plans that are specifically designed to improve performance through a variety of proven methods.
One-on-one Consultations including fitness testing and assessments, body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, flexibility, fitness program consultation and development which may be done in person or via the internet.
Performance Evaluations examples include: technique analysis, VO2 Max, Lactate, Anaerobic Threshold, Maximum Power, Efficiency.
