Rates & Training Plans

I do not post my training plan rates and fees online.

Why don’t I do do this? Because every athlete has a unique set of circumstances. I do NOT offer “one-size-fits-all” training. I listen to you… offer personalized, custom training solutions to meet your individual needs.

Training sessions and plans – are personalized to fit into your lifestyle and to meet your personal goals. There is no such thing as a perfect training plan. As I work with you – together we determine what works best for you, learn together and fine tune training to meet your athletic goals!

My rates are competitive for the depth of customization and personalization offered to each client.

If you are interested please send an email with as much detail as possible such as: your current/past athletic background, your goals and what you hope to accomplish by working with a coach and the best way / time to reach you.

Private Training Strength/Sport Specific Technique Sessions are also offered: single one-on-one sessions and group sessions.  I offer outdoor, in-home, and at your gym training options.
